After attending a dinner party last Thursday, I had been inspired to make my own ice cream! The thought of not having an ice cream machine, making custards and churning every five minutes freaked me out! BUT making ice cream is not as hard as you think! It is truly therapeutic and very rewarding!
I experimented with my first batch last night, I was a little scared but I went in for the challenge! I woke up this morning to my surprise, creamy, luscious and decadent ice cream was standing before me!
I made three flavours with one batch. They were: Pistachio, Snickers, and Raspberry & Coconut! Excellent flavours, i'd have to say that the pistachio is my favourite!
