New Baking Music - Aaradhna: Treble & Reberb

New CD yay!
I've ditched Peggy Lee & Amy Winehouse for my brand spanking new Aaradhna CD! I have been a big Aaradhna fan from way back, since 'Down Time' days lol. Listening back to her first album 'I Love You' brings me back to my crazy and dramatice teenage days!

Treble & Reverb is Aaradhna's latest album, and shall I say the best album i've herd this year after Amy Winehouse's Lioness. Since the passing of Amy last year, I had been searching high and low for something similar ... soulful, jazzy, and just real wind down/chill out music ... and I am glad to say I have found it!
Love you forever Amy! xx
I am so pleased with Aaradhna's shift to the jazzy 50's doo-wop sounds mixed with her smooth soulful voice! My fav song from this album at the moment is 'Burned it Up' (listen to the link below). Even though I not in the midst of a break up, I can really feel the emotion and energy Aaradhna put into this song. A great song that you would probably eat several boxes chocolates and cry rivers to!

Great things are to come Aaradhna's way, as this does not only cater for a younger R&B crowd, but a cross genre of many musical styles and ages (esp old souls like myself lol). This album is seriously a cross between my two favourite artists: Amy Winehouse and Peggy Lee.

This album is actually AMAZING and if you have not listened to it or bough it... DO IT NOW!
I heart Peggy!
I swear I was born in the wrong era lol
