For nearly a term and a half, I have had such an amazing opportunity to manage and help coach a year seven netball team. It has been hard work getting the girls ready for there games and giving up Tuesday nights, BUT it was well worth it!
The girls have really come along way. Self belief, teamwork and determination have been the big tickets for our team! The girls gave it their best shot and deservingly won their section in the Auckland Netball Tournament!
To celebrate our team's success, the beautiful Miss Muliaumasealii and I hosted a cute shared lunch for the kids in the school hall! We started of with some yummy fish and chips, and finished of with my Pastel Swirl Cake and cold milo!
We are now looking forward for our prize giving next week, where our girls can get what they worked hard for!
I am so, so, so proud of these beautiful girls, and I will miss watching their strong spirits on the courts!
